My Customers Tell Me They Can’t Vote For Me In The Correct Category

If a customer does not see the category you are competing in on their drop down menu, this is usually a sign that they have already voted for you.  Make sure to let your customers know that they can vote only once per business per category.  Ask them to look at their ballot page by clicking “Me” where they can see all of their votes or have them look for a checkbox next to the category name on your business profile.
